The dummy’s face largely remained in contact with the frontal airbag, but its head still moved too far to the right toward the gap in coverage between the frontal and side curtain airbags. The side curtain airbag deployed and has sufficient forward coverage to protect the head from contact with side structure and outside objects. | |
