The Chrysler LHS was redesigned for the 1999 model year, and the Chrysler 300M was introduced the same year. Both were modified beginning with 2001 models to change airbag deployment characteristics. The LHS was renamed the Concorde Limited beginning with 2002 models.

The dummy's position in relation to the steering wheel and instrument panel after the crash test indicates that the driver's survival space was maintained reasonably well.
Dummy movement was well controlled. During rebound, the dummy's head hit only the head restraint, as indicated by smeared greasepaint.
Footwell intrusion contributed to the possibility of injuries to both legs.
