Moderate overlap front: original test

Rating applies to 2013-15 models

Tested vehicle: 2013 Honda Crosstour EXL 4-door 4wd

The Honda Crosstour was introduced in the 2010 model year and was derived from the concurrent Honda Accord sedan. Originally known as the Accord Crosstour, the "Accord" portion of the model name was dropped beginning with 2012 models. Beginning with 2013 models, structural and restraint modifications were made to improve occupant protection in frontal crashes. Moderate overlap frontal ratings of a 2013 model are assigned by the Institute based on a test conducted by Honda.
